The USO had a big reversal after a partial gap fill this am.. XLF broke out of a small downtrend from the past week, only to pull back to flat. IWM Had a modest gain today as well...VIX was flat... Something is looming around the corner.. By the way, ABK April 7.5 calls were bid up today...
